SASMC Mid-Winter
SASMC has a mid-winter event each year to plan our Annual Convention events. This year, the event will be hosted in Columbus Georgia at Sonesta Essentials. The details are given below.

- We have 15 rooms blocked off. Price is $89 per night plus tax.
SASMC Competition
The SESA annual convention will be held this year in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at the Black Fox Lodge. Dates are August 6th through the 10th. SASMC has a block of rooms with a hospitality room on the 6th floor. There is plenty of parking on site for trucks/trailers/semi-trailers. Reservation information below;

Registration is open on the SESA website. You’ll need to register to participate in events and the parade. You can register and pay online or print a registration form and mail in your registration. You’ll also find the Schedule of Events there as well.
